We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Communications Manager to join us and play a key role in managing our client base, developing and executing strategies, driving new business and supporting team growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to….
Have 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency environment.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be a go-getter who can demonstrate excellent organisational and management skills with the ability to multitask.
Be proactive and curious by nature. Always seeking new opportunities and staying ahead of industry updates and trends.
Be able to cultivate and maintain strong client and media relationships.
Have a passion for storytelling with the ability to develop and lead creative strategies and briefs.
Effectively manage the team to ensure that all client work is produced in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify opportunities to improve agency processes and optimise profitability.
Be collaborative and enjoy seeing your clients and team succeed.
Be excited by consumer lifestyle, bars, restaurants, spirits, hotels and destination brands.
Be able to tell client stories across multiple channels, from traditional to social media, digital marketing, events and more.
Be self-driven with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise deliverables.
Be creative and curious by nature.
